Rebekah works with leaders over 50 facing a career change. Some have been made redundant. Others feel overlooked, worn out or ready for something different.

As an ICF-credentialed coach and registered counsellor, she works on both sides of change at once. Clients get practical help with their next move. They also get support with the lost confidence and identity that often come first.

Rebekah spent 30 years in media, advertising and pharmaceutical publishing before retraining as a coach. She was made redundant at 50 and has rebuilt her own working life three times. Her clients come from government, banking, IT, HR and L&D.

She founded KMentors Group, a coaching and counselling practice based in Melbourne, in 2008.

Rebekah works with people online and in person. She offers a confidential place to think out loud. Clients leave with a next step that fits their strengths and values.
