Caroline is an internationally recognised leader in transformational change, most recently at Woolworths.
Throughout her career Caroline has sat on and advised several boards and mentored many senior executives internationally and in Australia.
Her 40-year career has seen her rubbing shoulders with many of the formative thinkers in the field. She led the startup of the global not-for-profit Change Management Institute. Caroline is a published author and an established public speaker on the subject of ‘Change Agility’.
She will bring her broad expertise of transformational change to support and advise those facing either a personal challenge around organisational change or those facing the challenge of leading transformational change within their own organisations.
